There are several forums that I visit. When I first decided to make money online I was addicted to digital point forums. I could not believe the amount of information there. That is good and bad.

When I got there I was focused. After reading what everyone was doing, I had a bunch of projects that I started at once, almost none successfully.  I sold off all the ancillary projects and got focused.

As time went on I found other forums including wicked fire. Wicked fire was completely different than dp in that it was really focused on making money through marketing and the majority of the writing seemed like it came from a middle school locker room.

Why the filthy language? One day I was talking with my AM form my affiliate company about ppc marketing and he recommended that I read wf because of the good information there. I told him that I would if there was not so much vulgarity.

As a man living in this world I am not scared of profanity. I am not some prude that thinks that I will be soiled by the occasional curse word.  But as a christian, I am quite confident that my God is not leading me to a place of uncleanness to learn.

I will continue to pray that He gives me the godly wisdom that can only be found by His Spirit. If that means I make a few less dollars, I will be more than happy with the trade.

You should be too.

The Florida attorney general has asked me to help in this investigation. As his rep I will need everyone who reads this to do the following:

1. Immediately stop promoting and selling ringtones
2. Send me all details of your ringtone campaigns including
a. Keyword lists
b. Optimal max bid for each keyword based on campaign
c. Optimal ad copy for each campaign
d. Optimal landing page for each.

Since we know this will be a burden to the average affiliate marketer, you will only be required to send the information for any campaign that had a ROI of 3:1 or greater.

The online marketing world is funny. We spend untold hours and dollars trying to get as many people as possible to visit our websites. We make content that we don’t even like in the hopes that it will lure a visitor or two. But if you put 3 marketers in a room, it is very unlikely that any of them will actually give the name of their websites.

The reason is that we don’t trust that you will not steal our ideas.

How cool would it be if you could find at least one other person in this business that you could talk to about your sites and brainstorm with about marketing ideas.

Other than the youth in my youth group, there may be a handful of people on this planet that know my sites. That plain sucks. So I am hoping for fellowship with other Christian internet marketers.

If you are a Christian internet marketer (and by that I mean 1. You are saved, and live like you are saved 2. You actually make money online) and you are seeking fellowship with others that understand what it is like to spend 16 hours straight staring at your monitor in the hops of eaking out a living on line, drop me a line.

I am implementing a new site and needed to install Adsense but did not want to put in live code.

Adsense does not allow you to put their code on pages that are under construction so here is a legal work around.

All you have to do is add google_adtest = ‘on’; to each AdSense block you’re testing on your website. It will still show all the ads, but will ignore any clicks on your part until you remove this test option from your code. It is allowed to change the AdSense block source code to add this line, so you will not violate any terms or conditions.
