looking For Dedicated Recommendations

The growth of my sites is really amazing. I have a VPS that I outgrew in the first 6 weeks of a 6 month contract. I signed up for the level II and outgrew their level III in that time.
What I need now is a managed dedicated server with really good support because I want things running well and don’t know how to make them do that.
I also want CPanel because I have never used Plesk.
Recommendations, Coupons, Links, Offers, or tips are requested.
